We’re happy to provide you with a free estimate for your heating, cooling, air balancing, and plumbing repair or replacement!

The estimate is free as long as we perform the repair or replacement. Should you choose another HVAC partner to complete the work, a $100 fee for the estimate will apply.

Furnace tune-up & Inspection

$100

• Clean the furnace unit of lint, dust, and rust flakes that affect performance.

• Remove & clean furnace burners if necessary

• Inspect heat exchanger for cracks & deterioration

• Clean & adjust pilot & pilot assembly as necessary

• Inspect gas line for leaks from the furnace shut off valve to the burner

• Inspect safety controls 

• Check combustion air openings

• Test the blower motor’s voltage, amperage, & draw

• Test the compressor & condenser fan motors

• Record temperatures & performance

• Secure all panels

• Inspect the flue pipe

• Inspect & test the controls & safeties 

• Optional air filter replacement

• Inspect & adjust belts & pulley

• Check & calibrate the thermostat

Air Conditioning Tune-Up & Inspection

• Inspect & clean relays & contactors

• Inspect crankcase heater

• Inspect unit wiring & tighten any loose connections

• Check temperature & pressures 

• Inspect capacitors 

• Disconnect unit as necessary or at client’s request

• Clean condenser coil as necessary

• Check refrigerator charge by superheat/subcooling method 

• Apply lubrication to motors & bearings

• Inspect & adjust belts & pulleys

• Check condensation drain 

• Optional air filter replacement
